If something went wrong during the purchase process or you changed your mind, there's no problem. As long as the order hasn't been shipped from our warehouse, we can modify it. In such case, please contact us as soon as possible at eisku@eisku.com
In Stock items: Most of our products are readily available and will be delivered within seven days of placing your order. We understand the importance of prompt delivery and do our best to dispatch your items as quickly as possible.
If a product is not currently in stock, we appreciate your patience. The waiting time for out of stock items is approximately six weeks. We understand this may seem long, but rest assured, we are working diligently to restock the product and fulfill your order promptly.

Returns
You can return your unused eisku purchase in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. To start the return process, please contact our customer team at eisku@eisku.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Your message should include the order number. We will inform you about further details within a few days Please note that products must be undamaged and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

The product shouldn't be accepted from the shipper if the product has been damaged in transport. Remember to write down the damage report in the presence of the courier. However, if you've noticed a defect after receipt, write to us at eisku@eisku.com, and we will try to find a suitable solution.
Refunds take up to 14 days from when the return package reaches our warehouse.
